The 2008 Conference of the PEN Philippine Center was held at the 4th floor of he Cultural Center of the Philippines. PEN stands for poets and playwrights, essayists and novelists. It's a pity I wasn't able to take a picture of Frankie Sionil Jose or Bien Lumbera. Mailap si Frankie, late si Bien!
